Over the years, Aneta has been helping organisations internally to get the best out of their people. This is how her passion for coaching and training has developed.
Having achieved a very successful HR career which culminated in becoming the youngest Board member in her last organisation, Aneta noticed that more and more people from her network turn to her for management tips, leadership advice and coaching.
This sparked the idea of starting up on her own, as working with people from different organisations was extremely energising and broadened Aneta's perspective.
Fuelled with enthusiasm, Aneta decided to get qualified as Executive Coach and start up on her own after completing a final important project with her last organisation - securing a new round of investment.
At the start of 2019, Nu Perspective was founded and Aneta has embarked on the exciting journey of becoming an entrepreneur.
